House #5

This house was not my most fully thought out, or more accurately, I was less concerned with most of its aspects.  This house was, in every way, designed around the master bathroom.  It started with the bathroom, and I just filled in the rest of the house as best I could, while still following my basic design guidelines.

Upon entering the master bathroom, the cabinet and sinks are to the right.  Straight ahead and at the left is a raised portion, like a platform.  Straight ahead is the bathtub, which, depending on what kind of tub you want, can be on the raised floor, or set into it.  To the left is the large shower, which is partially set into the wall, but the floor of the shower is the same level as the lower floor, which essentially causes the raised floor to also serve as a ridge to keep the water off the lower floor.

As you can see, the master bedroom has a large closet, which has a second door leading to the utility room, which is quite large and has an exit from the side of the house.  The third utility room door goes to the foyer area, which backs the guest bathroom.  Entering the front door and turning left, you see the utility room, then a dining area, then a kitchen with a door out the back of the house.

The living room is smaller than I like, but I was trying to keep the house square shaped, and not enormous.  Some details being worked out caused me to lose a precise square, but the entire house does leave some room for further adjustment.
