Ready For New Dreams
Handlebars in my back,
her on my lips.
A seat almost too small,
but has held us both on many trips.

Her, loosening my tie,
I, holding back her veil.
Her white dress covers like a sheet,
myself and the metal polished in great detail.

We laugh at almost tipping,
I turn sitting in front.
Her hands on my sides as I start it up,
we have all that we want.

Together and a place to go,
another smile, another kiss.
She hugs to me, head laying softly,
the simple forms of bliss.

The roar and wind,
the empty road.
Flat land,
where sunset has overflowed.

A gentle touch,
upon my cheek.
She gives to me freely,
what I seek.

Hugging closer than is needed,
fingers stroking softly.
I would not hear the words, if said,
but I know what she feels for me.
Sigh.
