Water Based
Black matted lace she peels away
though the red on the flesh does stay
to be painted with by a tongue at play.

On a canvas of belly flesh
from a pattern left by the mesh
so begins a picture fresh

Careful strokes begin designs
slowly through in clean, wet lines
inspired by sounds and pleasure signs

Until come lips that gently press
to offer a new creativeness
and leave the canvas a delightful mess

Strokes are made to clean
to clear away the madness seen
until the red had never been
This poem was inspired by part of, and vaguely written to, the song,
"In The Flat Field", by Bauhaus.
