Well, the supreme court overturned yet another one of Sotomayor's verdicts.  What was that percentage of her cases that have been overturned?  80%?

  I forget the exact number, but I'm certain it WAS OVER 60% (I use caps to emphasize that it was not a spelling error), so let's go with 59%.

  So she's someone the supreme court disagrees with OVER half the time, and yet she is supposed to somehow be qualified to be ON the supreme court?

  For any confused Liberals, this is what thining people call illogical.  Illogical means not logical or against logic.  Basically, that means it makes no sense.  I'm afraud I don't know how to dumb it down any more than that.


  But if that particular reason is giving your wee brains a hard time, then here's another.


  Perhaps you have heard of the expression, "justice is blind"?  Basically, that means that no matter what color you are, no matter what gender you are, no matter how much money you have, if you break the law, then you are judged equally to all other people.

  It's like the opposite of how many of Obamarx's office-holding puppets were treated for their crimes.

  Anyway, the court is a respector of laws, not of persons.  This is the opposite of how Sotomayor rules.  You see?  She does the OPPOSITE of what she's SUPPOSED to do.

  She does NOT do what a judge is SUPPOSED to do.


  What this all means is the she is NOT qualified to be a judge at all, much less one for the supreme court.

  Sotomayor bad judge.  Bad, bad judge.
