My first video upload on YouTube

It's an edited and heavily annoted video I put together with only the parts of the episode in which Princess Jack (a.k.a. Rachel Jean) had screen time.

It needed to be 15 minutes max, so I had to cut some parts, plus I shaved a little off some parts to make the dialogue flow more smoothly.  Even though it's chopped up conversations, there is still some amusing sense in it.

I've had last year's Halloween episode of Red Eye saved in my DishNetwork DVR ever since it came on.  I never really had any plan for it.  I just did not want to delete it.

Well, after Christmas, I bought myself a VCR/DVR combo, because my VCR finally started fucking up more than I was willing to tolerate, and it was not until last week that I finally realized that I could now start transferring stuff from my TV or VHS to my computer.

It took me a few days to figure out the best way to go about it, but I was able to transfer the episode and edit out whatever was not her.  I also wanted to put it on YouTube, just in case I ever lost the file, but also in case anyone else might want to enjoy it.

In doing that, I learned that I could annotate the video.  If you don't know, that's where they let you add speech bubbles, other text, or highlight certain spots, and apparently insert pauses.  I did some speech bubbles, but mainly I did comic narrative text, and a lot of it.  There are a couple of bare spots, but hopefully the show's dialogue makes it entertaining enough.

Anyway, I wanted to... I suppose "promote" is an appropriate word, it here.  Whether you love it or hate it, I'd like your opinions.  I would especially like to know if the annotations were individually on screen long enough for you to read them in their individual entireties.

Here is the link.  Please enjoy.
