Obamarx gave consideration to the idea of making military persons, injured in the line of duty, pay for their own health care.

  I don't know if it was his idea.  I'm pretty sure it wasn't.  And he didn't pass anything.  But he gave it consideration.

  Any U.S. President even remotely deserving of the title and position would have not only refused it passionately, but also demanded it never be raised again, at the very least to his own ears.
