I had a fantasy, which included a dorm for a coed college.  I thought the design was interesting enough to draw up, but it had some significant flaws.  I made some adjustments, and came up with what I think is a pretty neat dorm, though it might not be good that half the rooms have no window.

  Looking at the floorplan, you will see a line, that looks like a railroad track, in each main bathroom.  Each is a wall with a row of showerheads on each side.  The box with a dotted line for one side is a closed shower.
